Creating a collection that is wearable, individual and timeless was Patty Miller’s inspiration behind Joseph Mimi Designs. Named after her mother Mimi and her late father Joseph, she knew early on that design was her passion.

Following her dream, Patty earned a bachelors degree in Graphic Design and Marketing at Drexel University and graduated with honors and voted “Most Likely to Succeed” by the Design Faculty. Her career started as an Art Director at a Fortune 100 Communications Company in 1997 where she was quickly promoted to Vice President of Branding and Advertising due to her unique combination skill set of design and business.

An avid traveler, she was inspired by a flea market in Paris where she found a cocktail ring that influenced what is now her signature piece, The Pierre Ring. This was the impetus behind Joseph Mimi. She wanted to create a jewelry line for the independent, style conscious woman who knows the importance of an accessory. Her collection is infused with 24 karat semi precious stones with a focus on Labradorite and Black Onyx. Each piece is designed to be worn up or down; bo-ho style with a white tee and jeans or upscale chic for a night out on the town.

Patty’s true passion is design and art direction of all mediums and fashion trends. She combines her inherent sense of style with her strong business and marketing skills.
